Frequently Asked Questions

To book CLG for your event, simply send us an email. We will then send you a booking form, as well as a copy of our terms and conditions. We require a £50  deposit on booking. This secures your booking date, but this also acts as a security deposit incase of any damage to games or missing items. This will be refunded within 48 hours after you event, if no issues with the games. 

We offer free delivery, set up and collection within 25 miles of where we are based in East Cheshire. 

We work with a variety of venues, including hotels, event spaces, privates garden parties and more!

We will keep in touch with you leading up to your event, if poor weather is forecast, we will make a risk assessment. In cases of adverse weather, where we are unable to put the games up for safety reasons, we will provide a full refund, including the security deposit. 

We require a £50 deposit to secure your event date. We act on a first come first served basis for this.

We will then send out an invoice 14 days prior to your booking which needs to be paid 7 days before the event date.

Let us know if you need to cancel the games hire for your event.

If you cancel more than seven days prior to the event date, we will retain your £50 booking deposit. If you cancel within seven days of your event date, we will retain the full fee paid but return your booking deposit.
