About Cheshire Lawn Games

To book CLG for your event, simply send us an email. We will then send you a booking form as well as a copy of our terms and conditions. We require a £50  deposit on booking. This secures your booking date, but this also acts as a security deposit incase of any damage to games or missing items. This will be refunded within 48 hours after you event, if no issues with the games. 

We provide the games up to a 30 mile radius of East Cheshire. 

We work with a variety of venues, including hotels, event spaces, private estates, and more. 

We will keep in touch with you leading up to your event if poor weather is forecast, we will then make a risk assessment on the day. In cases of adverse weather, we are unable to put the games up due to safety reasons. If this happens, you will receive a full refund plus your deposit. 

We will send an invoice fourteen days prior to your event. The invoice needs to be paid seven days prior to your event. 

Let us know if you need to cancel the games hire for your event.

If you cancel more than seven days prior to the event day, we will we will retain the £50 booking deposit. If you cancel under seven days before the event, we will retain the full fee paid but return the £50 deposit.
